I'm Heulwen and live in Barry, South Wales. I am a  Complementary Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Aromatherapist and hand make bespoke wellbeing goods and handmade crafts. 

I use and incorporate Reiki, Aromatherapy and Crystals into my every day life. I love to help people feel better by providing my Reiki services and Neal's Yard Remedies Organic products to help people promote their Health and Wellbeing by promoting relaxation, reducing Stress, Anxiety, Pain and Depression.

Through studying for my BSc (Hons) degree in Complementary Therapies Specialising in Aromatherapy and Massage, training in Reiki 1 and 2, it has fuelled my love for Aromatherapy, Energy healing and wellbeing. 

Having worked as a Massage Therapist in the Sanctuary Spa Covent Garden, it made me realise the importance of Self Care.

I believe it's so important for us to look after ourselves and make the most of what we have. We need to stop and listen to our mind, body and soul by incorporating self care routines in order to help ourselves work with, maintain and improve our health and wellbeing.
